I realize that it only came out just as you released this guide, but have you considered putting Fimbulwinter in the build? I've found success, but I'm in low elo (so - who knows if it's actually good :P).

It lets you grab Tear on first back - letting you spam Q more to harass (which is where I've found the most success in-lane). And once you get Fimbulwinter, the shield will proc off both Q & E, adding to your tankiness. (And mana isn't a major constraint by mid-late game, so burning mana on the shield doesn't matter much.)

Or is that one of those 'only in low elo' things? >.<
