Just wondering if Wit's End might be a good substitute for the second Nashor's Tooth It provides more attack speed and the passive means that you will still deal damage even after your Meeps run out. Plus, I don't think that the 20% cooldown on the second Nashor's Tooth will stack, as it is listed as a Unique Passive.
