Great guide for those of us who are still pretty clunky with playing into higher-skilled players. Is it possible to pull off his combos with Key-Then-Click casting as opposed to key-only? I find for some reason this is still the way I'm most comfortable with the game, but it seems far too slow for his playstyle.

Everyone's using on as of recently, but honestly, I can't make it work. seems to work much better for me.

rengar having more skill cap than riven? i think you are understimating rivens skill cap. Dude, riven is the highest skill cap champion in the game outscaling azir who was said to be the one with most skill cap

Is it still a good idea to run strength of ages?

Yes. In lower elos though I'd recommend thunderlords, but generally 300hp for one mastery point later on in the game is less risky to take. So if you do bad with thunderlords, you kinda fall off.
