See. I suck at Lucian. I'm absolutely terrible. I have a few good games on him, so I've been looking for a build that diminishes my weakness with Lucian.
CS-ing early sucks. He's got **** attack speed and **** animations. The recurve bow makes it 100x easier.
The BT just because with a hurricane it's extremely easy to stack the BT's shield.
The PD's turn you into a machine gun, really bringing out who Lucian is. A gunman.
The Black Cleaver is there to completely shred the enenmy team while you sit on them firing tons of light shots into their b-holes.

This is literally the best Lucian build ever made.

You max the same **** that every other Lucian does. Q, E, R, W.

A basic ADC rune page works just fine. AD Reds, Armor Yellows, MR Blues, AD/AS/LS quints.

It's probably a mistake and you might get reported.
