hi,didnt like any of the other sej builds so i tried my own. let me know what to change

i wanted to take advanage of the slow in frozen mallet and frozenheart to enhance sejuanis passive. health and mana amounts seem to be good. i tried to put in cooldown reductions as much as i could.

permafrost i think is a skill sej needs. it slowes them down even more and it enhaces the damage done by northern winds.

if you play sej to help your team get the kill i find she works much better. dash in with arctic assault to slow them down for your team. then use permafrost to slow them even more and finaly initate northern winds. with permafrost active northern winds does more damage. your ult can lock people up for your team to kill and\or for you to get away. your dash makes for a quick get away. when running i take it to the jungle seeing as you can jump walls with arctic ***ualt. this is an easy way to lose your persuer.
