First off, one level of Feint early game is golden, try it, and learn to use it.
Secondly, you showcased your guide with screenshots of games you've got the kills in. Shen isn't a tanky dps, isn't very reliant on items, but still farms very well, so kills should go in fact to your carry/carries.
Thirdly, being more of a protective tank than anything else (Shadow Dash and Stand United come to mind), means that you will linger a lot around your teammates, and thus, the Aegis is a must, from my point of view.
Moreover, straight HP stacking will completely discourage the enemy team to attack you in any circumstances, which actually cuts on your true tanking abilites. Shen has always seemed to me like a champion built to play mind games, getting away with little hp because of Feint, and netting your team the ace because of overextending enemy champions.
Also, keep in mind that EHP, once your max Hp has gotten to 2.5k, let's say, increases better through damage mitigation, rather than flat HP.
And one last point, don't make your build so rigid, Shen does well with a lot of items. I consider only 2 items a must on him: the Warden's Mail and the Aegis of the Legion.
If you're not using Energy runes wherever possible, CDR will not help you very much, as you will run out of juice very fast. You can't just spam both Feint and Vorpal Blade, as you will never get to do a second dash, or that game-breaking Stand United.
Good luck, because playing Shen is "a demonstration of superior judgement".
