Ok so for the boots, you should get the Cooldown boots. It wasn't listed on there so i just left it as a reg pair of boots. So the full item build goes:
CD Boots--Rageblade--Infinity Edge--Hexteck Gunblade--Phantom Dancer--Nashors Tooth.

At this point your Critz will be hitting around 900+ and with the attack speed and lifesteel it makes it almost impossible to kill you when you can heal and make yourself go invulnerable. I just recently put this build together, i would have had a pentakill but it was stolen so i only got the quad kill.

Pros: You can attack at a great speed and kill a tank in about 5 hits or a squishy in 2 or 3.

Cons: Haven't found any yet, maybe the fact that you don't consistantly slow but with the CD it should be fine casting your Q spell. Or you can get a redbuff.
