As for your recommendation I already wrote Radiant Virtue as a mythic option in Notes part. Radiant Virtue was very popular and overpowered in 13.1 patch. Now that Radiant is cheaper (2700g ) you can buy as 2nd or 3rd item if you are behind and want to be useful for your team.
However, I believe buying Radiant is not that effective after its nerfs (90 sec CD + less heal + weaker stats + if enemy buys antiheal it will be less effecive). You can buy some resistance items and be useful to team by being a frontline. Still you can buy Radiant in some situations where enemy don't buy Grievous Wound.
