I personally like exhaust because it not only benefits myself, but it also benefits my teammates. A lot of Singed early kills (in how I play anyways) end up being close enough to their tower that if allowed their normal movement speed, they'd get within tower range before I can get the kills. Slowing them allows myself and my partner to get in as many hits as possible without them moving too far. And as far as defense goes, I haven't had almost any issues escaping people when I'm running, even while exhausted due to ghost and Insanity Potion. Flash would be okay, but I'm all about getting the kills/assists =] Hope that helps!

cool guide, ive just recently played with singd and hes super fun, good options with the thornmail or the force def a necessity on singd, good tips for using him too, how do you feel aobut using flash instead of exhaust, both are good but flash fling seems like it wud pwn, and good idea with the rod - boots - angel wings, singd is super fun
