Armor runes are kinda bad. You better use magic resist or some other kinds of runes.
You should get your slow at lvl 2 since 1 lvl of poision makes no difference comapred to the 2-3 hits that you could do with the slow. Also it could make you escape when your poision would only deal 10 dmg to them.
Tear of the godness dont work with your poision thus you wont get much mana from it. Dont get it at all, better get the banshess earlier. You maybe should consider the staff that gives ap, mr and the aura that decreases enimies mr
