also i tend to get R at 16,17,18, but 1 level between 10-12 is also good, like u said to get drag or blue buff.

I like this guide, its a lot like my guide, but i dont get the GA at the end. I'll try it out, usually if games go long enough i get another AP item.

Okay, maybe i should add its only good for getting blue buff and dragon :D.

Pretty solid build, half similar to what I use on Sion.
His R is not at all worthless, it's wonderful for grabbing blue or dragon or whatever.. ;)
