7/21 isn't a great idea, Sion doesn't need the defense unless you're actually the main tank, the health regen added in from mana, sion has almost no mana. Also, you have NO mobility, what are you going to kill with 310 movement speed? Why get his last ult rank at level 18 anyway? Enrage is handy at level one, but seriously? over a 2 second stun? I don't anyone should ever take anything but that first, ever. period. Why the quints also?
