1) Woooooah. Seals of Alacrity? Glyphs of Alacrity? o.O What is this, a DPS Sion build? D:
2) You Ability Sequence is all over the place.
Standard QWQEQR (to level 6) skilling order with R>1>2>3 for the rest of the skills. In short, max one skill first, then another, then another, getting ult when possible.
3) Your item build has next to no survivability. If you're building AP Sion, at least build a
4) 20% from Morello's, 15% from Deathfire and 25% from Nashor's, 3% from Sorcery and 6% from intelligence. I think you've capped that 40% CDR ^^
5) Good Hands > Perseverance.
6) Blink of an Eye > 4/4 Expanded Mind
7) 4/4 Awareness > Expanded Mind
8) I've spent more time reading over your guide and writing this reply than you did making this guide.
