Atma's gives crit chance so it does stack really well with your IE, however, a banshee's might be needed to counter those Ahri's or other burst AP carry's.
My personal (So NOT Siv's) item choices are:
Bloodthirster - Infinity Edge
However, I can swap it so it will be IE - BT if I need more damage than viability.
