Sivir is the best farmer in game. When you take Tiamat and you turn Ricochet dealt extreme splash dmg in team fights.
Pros
Amazing farmer
Huge splash
Great soloer
Ulti-Attack speed + Move speed
Cons
Squishy (withnot items)
Expensive abilities (on mana)
First target
Early Game:
First farm creeps and try charge enemy. Do not waste mana.at lvl 5 or 7 i think you can fight.
and go gang other lanes.
Mid Game:
now i think to you have tiamat. Farming creeps is very easy now. If you dont have good score Approx 1/3 wait on Team Fights.I think when they lower dmg sivir she dealt good dmg :). In fight: W,Q,R and Use E when you need :).
Late Game:
late game... i think you dont need help :D Farm non-stop :).
IGNITE: I use ignite. I think to ignite not bad for sivir.
EXHAUST: When you need catch an enemy
CLARITY Really not bad. If you need mana
HEAL: I think not bad.
TELEPORT: I think no :). She dont need it.
Iffence masteries but you can use Defensive.
Nimbeless: Take it 100%.
Runes: Mark:Armor penetration...
Glyph: Magic Resistance can be but CDR too.
Seal: Sivir is Squishy i think HP/lvl not bad.
Quintessence: Hp like Seal
Abilities...
Max Boomerang blade, Spell shield to block spells and gain mana but learn how to use. :). Ricochet is excelent with Tiamat :).
