With this build you can have a strong junglier that can do lots of damage by harassing with his Q and at same time take some substantial damage, advisable to start with blue (need pull) going all the way down except for lizard.
Ganks at lvl 6 are Powerfull!!! user your W to move faster and your R to pull an enemy while using your Q in the process because it deals a lot more damage after first time you use it also slowing enemies in the process. Don't hesitate keep using your ultimate... because of your passive its alms always available and with nahor its even faster cool down because of reduction and attack speed which are crucial for skarner.
Exhaust is important because if you find the other jungler by chance he probably has flash and your exhaust gives advantage for runing and killing in battle either in 1on1 team fights or when your just running away.
