I have seen this build used in game with fantastic results. The damage output from this is amazing and leads to very high K/D ratios.

Farming that much really isnt all "that much" depending on who you lane with and agaisnt. At most you get it by level 5 and can "B" at level 6 and get back with a BF Sword and Ulti.
