Introduction
I picked armor pen marks cause they help with your attack damage and you ignore some armor in the begining so you hit more.
The attack speed seals cause they help you deal damage faster so more dps.
The cool down reduction glyphs cause helps you spam the different spells faster which helps with her passive.
the armor pen quintecinces just more armor your attacks ignore for more dps.

My masteries are 9/0/21, and i chose ignite and teleport for summoner spells cause ignite always can be used for those finishing touches on enemy champions with low health when they are running, and teleport because when u have to go back cause of low health or items the enemy is gaining exp while you are away but when you go back you have teleport so you can just get health or items and get back right in to the fight, or help defend a tower.
For the talent tree i mainly went utility for the cool down, mana regain, and extra exp and offense for extra ability power and attack speed for that extra dps :P .

The items that are in my build were specificly made fore hybrid characters. The beserker greaves are for the extra attack speed to really dps down your enemies, along with manamune for the mana regain and extra attack damage, trinity force for the phage passive to slow and health, and sheens passive along with mana, followed by the hextech gun blade for the hybrid stats and spell vamp and life steal help quite alot in fights, and a guinsoo's rageblade for the unique passive that stacks can really help you cause when you fight your ability power and attack speed increase which allows you to do more dps, followed by a The whisperer for the unique passive to ingnore armor and really do some damage and the enimies will really be careful around you.
In the begining I like to go for the support but you can go for the (q) first if you want to damage your enimies right in the begining. I first max our her (q) for the main damage followed by her (w) for big fights so you can survive and so can your teamates, or just for laning and taking out towers and stuff. Her (e) is the last thing I max out cause movement speed isnt that crucial in the begining but in the end it might be but with her passive effect on her (e) I put one point in it at level 5.
Pro's
* you do deal damage very nicely.
*you can spam her spells.
*her heals can support the team and yourself.
*she deals both attack damage and ability power for people who only have armor magic resist they are no problem.
Cons
* you cant really off tank/support (only with your heals you can help and the passive on her *w* )
* her spells dont a whole lot of damage like if she were a full ap (but they do a good ammount)
* she is kind of squishy so you can die to heavy dps quite quickly
* you cant really lead a team fight cause of she is squishy (but you can support and dps very well)
