Team Fights All she does is throw spears!?!? - Exactly, People hate Nidalee for that reason, She is more helpful then you think, That Champion that just had half it's health taken off of. That was from a Spear TOP THE FACE!

Ok, So who do I Focus? - Well Good Nidalee Players WILL Force they enemy Support to Back off, OR if A clear shot is not available, Jump to next threat. Attack the main DPS! NOT Nuker as Nuker can only nuke for a bit dps, Will constantly attack. IF tank is getting to much to handle Jump into cat form, and just clean up

If you Are looking For a Helpful tip on Running runes. I take the Following.

Magic Penetration Reds
Ability Power Yellows
Ability Power Blues

And Ability Power Quints

You can run an Alternate Rune page for More sustain but Less Damage and heal Output

For Example

Magic Penetration Reds
Mana Regen Yellows
Mana per lvl Blues
And Ability Power Quints

I would Prefer to Take the First rune page as you harras at Early game is Really strong, And nid needs that harras to keep her lane intact and her hp as high as possible.

Well, In solo top lane (Against another solo top) I Last hit only and harras the enemy so they cannot, Most champions are melee Solo tops Like, Renekton, Irelia, Cho'gath, Volibear Ext...

So if you manage to keep them at bay, You should have a easy time soloing top lane.

CASTERS AND RANGED!!
Holy S**t a ranged, How do i counter i only have a spear and ****ty ad?
Well this is good, The further they are away from you. The faster they get pushed out of lane. as you main harras Scaled off of distance. A max of 250% more Damage if they are at the tip of spear range. So squishy casters and ranged are you main priority. But i HIGHLY doubt a ranked team will have a solo top ranged AD. Flash Tele, Obvious reasons I see alot of solo top nids take Clarity over Teleport, and Ghost over Flash.

Here Are a list of Reasons WHY you SHOULD use Flash not Ghost

1. Flash to get spear kills over Minions
2. Flash over Walls To have more escape ability
3. Ghost is useless if you know how to use her Passive
4. Cougar Form.... Enough said

Reasons Why i take Tele Over Clarity

1. IF any lane needs help you are there
2. I've done this before. Tele Kills.
3. Quick B time
4. Once she hit's 6 Go into Cat form and let it regen

It's not up to me to tell you to take them spells. With Cougar Nidalee I take Ghost Exhaust as they will NEVER ESCAPE.

In team fights Stay in Human form and unload all the spears you can.

How do I focus with my spears, First of all. Their Ranged AD as they unload constant damage Once they die/Back off Go for the AP Those guys go down in two or so spears Easy target,Next Support In some cases you will have to target first. Janna and karma are two supports you might need to keep at bay. If your out of mana or very useless Jump in cougar unload everything jump out and throw more spears.
