Ok, #1 rule for you Under Thirtys:
DON'T BUY TIER 2 RUNES DUMBASSES
The reason being for not buying tier 2's is becuase they are too expensive, and just not worth it. I would do the math, but since you are way to stupid to understand it, you'll just have to trust.
Buy Tier One Runes
These are great. Cheap, and give you a sense of how to take care of your runes.
Also, they give you what is half the value of that tier 3 runes are, WHICH IS PRETTY DAMN GOOD.
Main Concept: Tier One=Cheap+Decent=Win
Save for Tier 3 Runes
When you hit that glorious level 30, you will want to have the edge over your opponents. This is where full Tier 3 runes come in. Don't get them pre-30, because you will be trying out the game, seeing what champs you like, and just learning the game. When you hit 30, you should know which roles you are and what champs you consistently play.
