this build was really good. but i changed warmogs to a abyssal scepter but my enemy team was almost pure magic. but this build was better then I expected :O +1

Nice build Choppa! Both games played with no tank :/ It's a lot of fun too. Core Sunfire and Rylai, then throw in whatever is necessary (guardian angel for mr and keeping 20 charges up came very handly on that game)

just went 19-1-3 and got called hacker by a very fail twitch 1497 damage wiv shupo, sunfires, rylais, 20 stacks and ult gg

I think sunfires on all melee is def a gud poss, but on range not so sure can only see it wrkin if ur gettin chased (espcially if its a low healthed Yi usin highlander) by a melee otherwise thornmail if its a range chasin u cuz they jus wont be n range!
Im wrkin on a sunfire eve build lookin at poss 3 sunfires on her, boots then 2 high AP items for ravage watch this space.

Could it be possible for every champ to go with a Sunfire? That could end up being a basic core item for every build, just like boots. :P

I lol'd when I read this and I lol'd when I played her. This build is pretty cool and saved my *** against a DPS heavy team where having less than 2k hp meant being 1 shotted. The sunfire cape really helps out in grabbing minion kills and the 3 hp items makes her very durable (4k+ hp in the end). The DPS was also very nice, before I could finish the Zonya's Ring, I already had 400AP. The sorcerer's shoes' Magic Penetration is pretty essential for her output though.

Just had to comment. Tried out this basic build yesterday and went 12/2/12 and 7/0/9. After trying all the standard Kat builds (AD, AP), this is easily the best. Glass cannon just doesn't work against any reasonable opponent. Everyone watches for Death lotus and you are always the first target of every team fight. Survivability is critical.

One game I went with Sorc boots, Sunfire, Rylai's, and Abyssal. Tankat was just ridiculous. Other game I started with Doran's Shield instead of boots cuz of some early harassers and did just as well.

I'm finding that leveling BB first but using this AP-type build is a nice balanced damage build. With BB high early, my creep score is towards the top but you get good burst from Shunpo once you get Rylai's.

Just a comment for any new Kat players: your team comp is critical. If you lack a good tank or any good snares/stuns, your performance will not be great. Alistar, Amumu, Taric, Leblanc, etc. are your best friends. Without them, don't be disappointed. You probably won't have an amazing game.

I tried it. Worked, but I switched to 2 sunfires after a couple of games. Now I love kat. Im gunna go buy the Holloween skin!

MasterofSFL the reason i go shunpo 1st is its range is just that little bit bigger so if a champ is running away from 1st blood u got boots n extra range to hopefully chase n kill as for exp and gold if u shunpo into middle off minions with ur sunfire u get ur gold and exp there. ive got 20-4-9 with build think its best i've got its the most recent either way.
