Liking the build alot (even as a n00b to LoL) so thx for posting it. However, would you not get better attack speed and lower cooldown if you swap the following:

Seal of Alacrity for Seal of Focus
Mark of Focus for Mark of Alacrity

At least on the lesser seals you get an upgrade in both departments.

Lol maybe great minds think alike? I've been rolling with this build since I first started playing League of Legends, my friend actually taught me how to play a while ago and he gave me this build I just tweaked it and added sight wards and banshee's veil really.
