Introduction
That is why i made this guide! :D
The runes for Janna are very logical but I will explain them one by one.
Summon Aery: Summon Aery is just better than Arcane Comet and Phase Rush. Phase Rush is more something for an attacking champion (because Janna is not someone who will basic an enemy champion many times in a row). Arcane Comet is just less secure than Summon Aery. An enemy champion can simply dodge Arcane comet by simply walk away. That isn't possible with Summon Aery, if you hit an enemy champion with an attack, Summon Aery will hit for 100% sure.
Manaflow Band: Janna has (especially at the start of the match) not enough mana, Manaflow Band is the best option for this rune.
Celerity: Janna is just fast, so make her faster.
Scorch: I like this one for more damage while poking.
Magical Footwear: Go even faster! And besides that, the 300 gold you don't have to spend on shoes are great.
Cosmic Insight: Cooldown is love, Cooldown is life.

Pros: Janna is quick and if a team member walks behind her, he/she is faster too. She has a shield, a shield makes your team happy especially when they don't die because of you. Janna's tornado can interrupt attacks, if you throw it into a group of enemies, you will give your team a great advantage.
Cons: The only Con from Janna is that she is squisy, she dies very fast.

Especially Janna's ult is OP. Like really
It can heal your allies and than i mean, a huge amount of health. Even better, you can heal yourself too (which is great because the enemy can attack you while you are doing your ult).
Your ult is also great to knock away your enemy. This can be used in many ways. Escaping from a gank, safe your teammades live and even seperate the enemy in a group fight.
Over Powered
.It can heal your allies and than i mean, a huge amount of health. Even better, you can heal yourself too (which is great because the enemy can attack you while you are doing your ult).
Your ult is also great to knock away your enemy. This can be used in many ways. Escaping from a gank, safe your teammades live and even seperate the enemy in a group fight.
I prefer the tornado ability but i understand too that it isn't the best supportive ability. The order in which you upgrade them is made for a common adc, not too good, not too bad. If you adc is really good, I recommend to upgrade Zephyr and Howling Gale a bit more than Eye of the Storm. If your adc isn't going too well, try to upgrade Eye of the Storm to prevent the enemy from getting too much kills.
But remember, USE YOUR TORNADOS!!!!!
This will trigger the enemies very much and it will deal more damage than you think. I see Howling Gale as Janna's core attack. It can stop and hurt the enemy, what do you want more?
