This is not a support guide its regular Teemo with wards

you do not have many supporting items on there. what of an A of Legion? and would you really want boots that give you ap? perhaps some boots of swiftness for quick wards and harass escape/merc treads to keep you in lane a bit longer? I am just thinking late game you won't have enough health to stay alive, or not enough speed to do real damage. I understand how this could be great, especially Early game. but it could almost be considered dual lane. besides that, nice build!
