I notice you put vision wards on your first back but I also noticed there was no place on the final build for vision wards or a sight stone. As a support I think that is somewhat necessary.

During my 300+ games with Zilean, I bought 2 times the sight stone, this item isn't necessary if everyone in your team understand that they have a trinket for help you to ward.
And yes ! vision wards on first back is perfect !
