On lanes I use Clairvoyance because it´s really good to support your team.In the middle(I don´t think Janna is a good mid champ)I use Clarity because of her big Mana-problems.I think flsh is the best summoner spell.You can escape or get behind the opponent and use "R" to throw the opponent back.It´s also ggod if you take Teleport or Ghost.

Look at your team!Janna works good with fighters and assasins.She´salso good with chars which can stun orwhich can clip the opponents.don´t go on lanes with tanks or supporters!Only with the supporter Morgana Janna works good.

Use "Q" to farm minions.Yust use it for opponents if you´re sure that you´ll hit them!But don´t ever use "W" for minions,only for champions!Use "E" for your partners(laning)!(In the middle for yourself XD.)"R" is good to save somebody or as I said in chapter :"summoner spells".Don`t use it to heal somebody!
