True. That is a good point. That's a good point-it's just what I have and I don't pay much attention to runes...

Dcent build. I like how you put lichbane on swain, it works well since you HAVE to be in people's faces for your ult and you aren't as in much danger as other casters. Imo the cdr reds aren't worth it to miss out on 9 magic pen. since it's only 1-2% cdr?
