between his passive and the 4 main items above both armor and magic resist should be significantly lowered. Even with low damage after that large amount of damage can be dealt through both righteous fury and reckoning.
For really late game i'm not set to a 6th item. My choices usually depend on the enemy team but here are top 4.
Guardian angel - survival
Madred's bloodrazors - high hp enemy team
Trinity force - high magic resist team
Rabadon's Deathcap - high armor team
Just remember to make your enemys strip while u roll their faces, cuz with this build they might as well be naked :D
