Hello my friends since Talon was yet not released i headed up the things to prepare my rune and masterie boards when the champ comes out and since i wanted my stuff organized i decided to already do the build and later when i comes out i will put this on the respective champ (Talon).

Hope This works.. late when i that this out i will post it on the respective champ build.
