Talon - Desmond Miles
So far i like this guide, but have you thought about getting noxian diplomacy as first skill rush ? it really deals great damage in early game atleast. and bombines with cutthroat its awesome (:
and wont give it a + or - since i havent tired the build yet but ill come back to you when i do (:
I do get 1 Noxian Diplomacy at level 4, however if you feel like having Q at level 1 will help you more, the go for it, but if you follow the build leave it at lvl 1.
