-Deaths Caress is your best friend for many fights, don't ignore not using it at all even when using it on minions to quickly get more HP for yourself as a tank.

Minion kills with Deaths Caress does not grant you more HP ...

i like having his Cryptic gaze up first for fast and easy kill. i partner with morde and we always get first kill, just a thought.

I get Death's Caress 1st just in case I get ganked and have a better chance of living in the beginning bcuz it usually happens to me alot. But if need be and you go for Gaze 1st for quick kill, its still good.
