yea... bud, clarity can be replaced by quite a few spells that work better, such as ignite or exhaust. Also ninja tabi and thornmail are bad choices. Ninja tabi...terribad. Get merc treads or sorc shoes. Both give you more of your power or defense without being completely useless early game and late game. Also make the guide pretty. Its hard enough to read without something cool to look at. Not a -1 because it isnt a terrible idea but you need to make some changes

Clarity is really bad, and why would you take 1% spellvamp over 20% longer blue buffs?

there are other problems with the guide, but these are the biggest flaws. Also, rylais is bad on anivia.
