Yes, I don't mention tiamat in my guide, because I haven't finished writing my "items you should never buy"-part. Look at the "upcoming updates"-chapter. Tiamat is a **** item and yes, I've tried it. That's all there is to it.
fluffy79 seems to be a smurf account of the highest rated guide. Just look his profile, only downvotes and negative comments expect about the AoE Guide.... And how he writes the comment.. 100% its a smurf! Just report him as I did (the real one - creator of the AoE-Guide). Maybe he gets what he deserves...

Build isn't bad, and it's certainly a solid burst-damage build. You've given some alternatives, and the formatting is nicely done. I don't ask for much else.
Also, don't mind the troll votes. The people who make them don't exist anyway. :/
