I decided to make this build because i got tired of seeing all the bad sejuani players currently out there. I do understand its a new character but I mean I see people lane'ing with jungle builds and its just terrible, who in the right mind does this? I found this build very effective in tanking/"**** blocking" peoples kills. I would like to note that i am only level 19 but this is how my build should look by the late 20's. Ill make sure to update as i change my builds if i ever do.
