Thanks for the advice. I'll consider changing the seals then, as the extra 2.61 or so cooldown reduction doesn't help much. I chose to take Shatter over Dazzle in the beginning to maximize income starting from level 1, but if one feels confident they can nag a first blood for themselves or for their partner by using Dazzle instead, then that could be a personal modification on top of my build.

There is a Cooldown Cap at 40% at level 18 all of your seals just became useless they're not doing anything at all xD (I can see the benefit early game pre nashor tooth, but why not get seals that are more beneficial the whole game maybe flat health or armor?). The only other suggestion i would say is get dazzle as your first skill and shatter third, but other than that I cannot see any fault except maybe a couple of oddities I wouldn't have considered. But overall solid hybrid support/tank build keep up the good work =3
