This is a work in progress so don't down vote it because it isn't detailed enough. Also I don't know how to add pictures and icons so if you could please help me that would be great.

This is my builds for certain enemy comps. Please remember that if you need a different item GET THAT ITEM instead of one of my suggested items. This build is trying to maximize his decent damage output while being extremely tanky. Tank builds are meant for situational items.

PRO
All these builds give you decent damage and tankiness
You will be hard to kill
You will deal pretty strong damage
You will support like a BOSS if played right

CONS
low health for tank
damage is nothing impressive
pretty weak in fights without ult

My runes are just meant to maximize Tarics tankiness. So health runes of course and then armor and magic resist for the proper builds.

These like your runes were also to maximize your tankiness for whoever your fighting. Nothing that i need to point out.

I try to get as many gold generating items early game as i can then build them into something late game. The one exception is Ap Heavy Taric which you have to sell your Philosopher stone. Otherwise my items are straightforward just buy items with damage and defense. Also if you feel the need to get an oracle get it after your first major item. (excluding boots) I'm not gonna list out the situational items because any defensive item is situational just get what you need when you need it, but try to stay to my items if possible.

Early Game
Ask your laning partner if you can farm minions if he says yes then last hit if not then you are going want to try and harass with your stun. Also make sure to heal your partner. Early game you aren't to impressive. DO NOT play as though you are a tank early game.
