I chose these runes because that it forces him through the game easy take the hp so he will not be so squisy in the early game.
in took armor and magic resist runes so he does not become so squisy end game.
in took the magic pen so he could give a bit more dmg.

i start buying heath ruby so he don�´t get squisy in the start and can help your teammate insted.

i took heal so then he don�´t have any mana back he can survive a bit longer and maybe survive.
i took the cleans so if he get traped he can run away or continue the fight.

one of the best ways to farm with taric is to use shatter.
