Great comment, Hwknight! Did you face tanky champions when you noticed the damage lessen? What was the enemy's build at the time (if you can recall it)? Any changes you think would help improve this build page? Thanks for posting, and have a great day!

I actually really like this build. It feels like a deviation off of the suggested Teemo build in terms of keeping the Nashor's Tooth(CDR and AS) and the Malady(Magic Pen). After that though i like how it veres into Magic Pen and AP building at the same time. I've run this build maybe six times and the one thing that I've encountered is that in the end game I don't seem to hit people for as much as I'd like. This might be helped with more Magic Pen but I ended up going with an Infinity's Edge to raise my crit chance as well as my hitting power in general
