I admire your dedication to attack speed on Teemo, as it's a fantastic stat for him, but without any significant source of AP or magic penetration, he's not going to contribute to teamfights (unless they happen to be stacking health without any MR). Also, without MR for yourself, the AP carry is going to jump on you and take you down instantly.
If you fixed these weaknesses in your build, I think you'd be in much better shape. Hope this helps!
