Your point in archmage's savy (offense) nets out to 3,6 AP on lvl 18, making it far inferior to archaic knowledge (offense) which you could have picked instead. arc.knw. greatly increases the damage output on you darts, shrooms and poisonous autoattacks, but most importantly - it helps your madred's blodrazor chop through foes, as the bonus damage from it is magical.
My skillorder is just like yours, except i see you've missed the lvl 11 shrooms..
Finally i must say, i find your masteries support your spells more, but with no AP items, i think you can do much better with 21/0/9 or the like.
