I agree with your runes. I like your guide/build, I do feel to apologize for most people on this site, there are a lot of problems with this site, and the way people handle builds/guides. It's not much cared for. Good luck

And there is mainly too much attack speed, you should get magic penetration.

Why don't we start with all 19 of your guides, hm?

There's playstyle and then there's just playing wrong. AP and On-Hit are different playstyles, runing incorrectly, along with questionable masteries and itemizing inefficiently is playing wrong.

so what you are saying is that no guides should be down voted even if you know that this isn't the best way to play the champ? and it is not just a guide for YOUR enjoyment if it is posted on the site than numerous people are going to read it and believe it. so it is up to those who play teemo to provide criticism to make it the best it can be for ALL readers. I agree that people play champs differently but this is AP teemo...there is AD teemo...and tanky on hit teemo. each has a 'most effective' way to play the respective version of teemo.

what do you think would happen if every guide that got published received all positive votes and no constructive feed back just because the author plays the champ 'in their own way'.

AP teemo. should build liandry's earlier to make those shrooms rock. runaan's should never be core to any champ. teemo makes it viable but even than only situational. I understand that attack speed is good for stacking that poison but and attack speed marks? really? you want that much attack speed? better going magic pen item or something to allow you to survive a single attack. also agreed with sirell...better to go scaling AP glyphs.
