Before I upvote this guide, Is beemo the best teemo skin?

Yes it is, and I use nowadays over because I usually don't need it during laning and the changes have made it easier to do stuff in the late game. It'll also let you build more on-hit/atk spd instead of damage

Well you replied to the wrong comment. I can agree fully on the idea that scorch is not needed but If you want kills for early game scorch is very good. I will although try to use gathering storm in about 5 games and then get back to you. I wish you a honey filled day.
