This build is meant to be for a Twisted Fate player to enter a game, and make one of 2 decisions. During the loading screen, take a look at the other team. Beefy? or Squishy? Then make your decision and go from there. Please try out the builds before voting. Play smart and trust me, you will do good.

Exactly as the title says. Your job is to obliterate high health tanks. Your damage output will be weak until you get your bloodrazor, at least against tanks. So don't play too aggressive at the start. For the last item on this build, go with something defensive to help survive. Your damage will already be very good, now you just need survivability.

Hybrid TF is the best way to get the most damage mid game, I believe. Your main combo for this build is gold card(with stacked deck preferably), wild cards, ignite, auto attack. You will be doing insane burst damage after you get trinity force. And if you happen to get to the end, the Bloodrazor is just the icing on the cake.
