this is pretty much a rough draft oh my build so the item sequence isn't perfectly set up

this build has 3 a dps/survival/support

which are all good in their own way and one isn't rly better than the others

I've tested em all out and i like all of them

For marks its pretty much the basic mage runes magic pen
For seals with dps we got ap; for survival we got ap or hp or armor w/e your more comfortable with; for support we got mana regen
For glyphs with dps we got ap; for survival we got ap; for support we got ap
For quints with dps u got guess what? MORE AP; for survival u can choose movement speed or hp; for support u got ap

Support 9/0/21

For dps i just chose items with high ap and hp/mana and i chose mercury cuz ur alittle slow and easily cc'ed
For survival i chose items with hp/ap and mercury for same reason
For support i focused on ap with mana regen with mercury again

i max power transfer cuz its a direct dmg spell and has saved me several times with the shield
then i max death ray for pushing and poking and farming
then i max ult cuz well y not get it at the lvls u first are able to get them at
then max gravity field cuz its not the most reliable spell that u have

i picked flash and ghost cuz when u play viktor ur gonna need those spells cuz he isnt as fast as other champs and he tends to get targeted often

i like viktor he alittle hard at first but once u get used to him ull love him

Pros
good pusher/farmer
has a few escape possibilities
can stay in lane for long periods of time
do high dmg when fully built
has survival abilities
has a LAZAH BBBBBBAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!! PEW PEW PEW

Cons
can easily get cc'ed
focused often
not the best movement
