You can't trust any of these ( Sivir) builds anymore on the new (4.10) patch.

Wow, just wow. I know that some other guys already mentioned that your build is out of date, but we are are the 4.10 patch now and the meta has changed severly (itemization-wise). I'd say that this has been out of date since the 4.5 patch though.

Lol, Elixir of Agility is that just there for fun? Well that's cool and all, but you really need to update your build (in general, not just the Elixir of Agility).

You need Heal instead of Barrier, getting Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage when you already have Greater Mark of Attack Damage is just ******ed, Last Whisper should always be bought before Phantom Dancer on Sivir, and never get Berserker's Greaves before Bloodthirster on any ad carry (apart from the ones that rush Trinity Force).

Update your guide please. I may seem harsh, but I will change my vote once you do (unless if your update sucks).

Tips: get Heal instead of Barrier, and a mix of Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed and Greater Quintessence of Armor instead of Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage.

Uhm, the Sivir Ult no longer gives Attack Speed since her rework, right?
