You asked for some advices and here are some;
You have very strange item & Rune build :3
Runes should be flat AD marks, seal + glpyhs armor and magic resists, quintessence movement speed/AD
Items should give more resistances, armor,mr and health :3
Ability sequence should be fine, but take a level at Q always when possible.
Masteries; Skip havoc and invest them into armor penetration and have u considered about 21/9 or 9/21 instead of 21/0/9 ?
You could also add BBcoding and add some more information to the guide :P
