First of all please add some icons to your guide for spells / items. Right now it is really hard to read. Icons will help you be able to look over it quickly if say you are in a game and checking the guide for the situational items etc. It just helps the reader rather than having a wall of text.

I'm not really sure how I feel about the warmogs... To me if you want AP, get AP instead of getting it through health. If you want survivability you should get resistances like some of the items you've already laid out in your situational items. I think if you're mostly wanting the health regen maybe you could look at ? Health, health regen, CDR, and a nifty on use for netting kills / getting away. Seems much better to me than warmog's. I know it has mana but I think the on use would be so awesome for him, since ghost is already one of the best summoner's for him.

And for the rest of the core yeah, pretty much standard vlad build. Though personally I think it would be silly not to build him without a rylai's so I am in no way going to blame you for that. I think you could make this build stand out more from other vlad builds by going into detail about how to finesse kills and win both 1v1's and team fights. (vlad's ult's synergy with some other heroes, when to ult, etc)

I don't think this build is quite there yet though, I will check back later, I hope you work hard and make this build great!
