Same as RaNuD :)

I would get Vorp/SD/Vorp/Feint in my 4 first levels. Your nashor comes too late. You should do it first, or right after the Rylai, so you can benefit or the 25%CDR (usefull for all your skills).

As your build is DPS oriented, if (and only if) opponents doesn't have many CC, i'd move the boots for Sorcerer's or Berserker's (most probably Berserk as your build lacks in AS and make a guinsoo and a gunblade, what gives you decent damages, adding the passive).

If you wanna go for AP more than damages, you could move aways Guinsoo and Gunblade, and get a Lichbane (passive + Vorp + lichbane makes a great burst) and a Will of the ancients.

Since you have so much AP, why dont you pick a Feint level earlier? I mean, Shadow Dash is cool, but since you got no tanky items, it pretty much only leads you to certain death. Actually, I would only pick a single Shadow Dash for early game, and go for Vorapl/Feint. (ok actually I wouldnt play AP shen, but if I HAD to, this is what I'd do)
