Introduction

If you want a safe build the standard items are aegis of legion, shureyla's reverie, randuins, soul shroud, banshee's veil, and mercury treads. But I've found the old standard methods of playing him rather boring. This is more of an experimentation with the recent changes to taric. I want to see people try these builds out or tweak it a bit to see if the experimental build above is/or capable of becoming viable and effective for a more fun and active role as taric. This build synergizes with taric because of the attackspeed, cdr, and ap given. Given to the buffs to the ap ratios, the decrease to his cdr through cdr and atkspeed: I think this build theoretically works out magnificently on paper. I've carried a few games, but I would like to see this played at higher elos. I'm very low elo as of now, and I can't tell if every time I try it my opponents are bad, or this build is legitly good.
