I just ran a custom match to try it, you can choose Q for 4 and 5 as long as you choose E and W for 2 and 3. If there is something wrong somewhere else in the skill sequence, I'd be happy to change it. I've been having some net issues and haven't been able to stay connected long enough to fully double check it (got DC'd right after 5)

When you skill the abilitys like in the build , you can put points into Q at level 4 and 5

Your Skill Sequence is wrong, you can't choose his Q at both levels 4 and 5.

Also I highly suggest changing the title -- it will likely get deleted/moved.
